NEW CONTENT: Introduction To Waking Up
Hello, beautiful community! I just posted a piece of new content on the basics of Waking Up. You can also find this video in the "Waking Up Section" of the classroom. Please watch this video in its entirety and share your thoughts below. 1) What is one insight in the video that stood out to you the most? 2) Is there anything you would like further clarification on? 3) What path of waking up is your soul most inclined to follow?

1. This is so synchronistically aligned with what I'm learning. I love it. The founder of my program Dr. Miller wrote "The Awakened Brain" and discusses the 4 calls into an awakened life: the call, the hailstorm, the life transition, and the collective. The insight you shared about how consciousness and an awakened life are beyond time was a new framework for understanding this for me and that true freedom exists in the placeless place. 2. Do you use Truth and consciousness interchangeably? In your experience and understanding, are they one and the same? How do you answer the question "Who am I?" I sat in a lecture on existential psychotherapies this week and what came to me in this reflection was: wholeness, consciousness, a child of God and Goddess, a student of life, nothing and everything. Do you have a recommendation on which book to begin studying the Yoga Sutras? 3. The devotional and yoga paths feel more resonant to me. What practices can I incorporate for a devotional path? 4. Also, sadly I won't be able to join tomorrow's call because it's my brother's rehearsal dinner for his wedding. I'll miss you and am looking forward to joining next time! With love and admiration, Grace

a. Hi, beautiful humans! My name is Grace, and I live in NYC. I completed a somatic coaching certification through the Somatic Institute for Women, have been teaching yoga since I was 14, and am currently getting my Master's in Spirituality Mind-Body Psychology at Columbia. I hope to walk the walk and inspire, nurture, uplift, and help others heal themselves along the way. I am passionate about trauma-recovery, resilience, hope, holistic embodied living, and all things WOMAN. b. I worked with Preston through my own trauma-recovery, and I'm here because his resonance is magnetic and powerful. Through his deep listening, empathy, and embodied masculine safety, my path to healing became easier. I am still learning, evolving, and building my capacity to hold women through childhood sexual abuse, foster care transition, sexual assault recovery, caregiving stress, and parental loss. I hope to be a sponge in this community and learn from the wisdom, the gems, of your spiritual journeys. c. Wholeness to me means integration of your perfect imperfections, the shadow, your dreams, experiences, and your higher self. To me, it means surrendering into acceptance of life, Goddess, and the Goddess within--all that is divinely guided. I am so excited and honored to be here. In love, Grace
