The Book That Changed My Relationship With Money
For years I had money shame. Making money felt wrong. Like I was taking from others. Then I read "The Psychology of Money" by Morgan Housel. Key lesson: Money is a tool. It's not good or bad. It's what you do with it. Now I see money differently: - Revenue = value created - Profit = sustainability - Savings = freedom - Giving = impact Money shame was holding me back. Letting go of it was freedom. How do you see money?

Those four points are solid! Thank you @David Iya
Faith Is a Business Strategy
Not everything in business can be proven before you build it. There are seasons where you don’t have: - Full validation - Guaranteed results - Clear metrics - Or applause And yet… you keep showing up. That’s not delusion. That’s faith. Faith looks like: - Sending the email before you know who will respond. - Launching the offer before you have testimonials. - Raising your prices before you feel “fully ready.” - Staying visible when engagement is quiet. Every woman building something meaningful eventually hits a stretch where logic runs out — and conviction has to take over. And that’s where real entrepreneurs are formed. What are you building right now that requires faith — not just strategy? The part of business where belief matters just as much as numbers. Note: I am also sharing this post on another platform. Will be interested to see how this resonates with each.

@Lizzy Digit I want it to sound right. When people read it, they are like, “yeah, that’s me, I want that”. The other the part is time and fear. Time that I should be building my consulting business to generate income. Fear because I’m not sure if it is something I should be focused on right now or if I should build myself or with someone else.

@Lizzy Digit thank you! The consulting is income generating. The community is ministry and discipleship oriented. Both are fun and needed in my mind, but one is more priority given my current circumstances.
Building an online store in 2026
Building an online store in 2026 is no longer optional, it’s a smart move for anyone serious about growth. It gives you a space to showcase your products or services to a global audience while handling orders, payments, and even delivery automatically. Instead of being limited by location or working hours, your business runs 24/7, allowing you to earn even while you sleep. What makes it powerful is how easy it is to start and scale. Compared to a physical store, the costs are lower, but the reach is much bigger. You also get access to customer data, which helps you understand your audience better and market to them more effectively. As more people continue to shop online, having a digital presence builds trust and keeps you visible in a competitive market. Without it, you risk being overlooked. The real question is what’s stopping you from building your online store today?

@Lizzy Digit do you have an example of an online store or a few with different products or services?

@Lizzy Digit Ok, I see. Are you just a store front and then the shipping is handled by someone else? You pick the items you like or want to sell and get a piece of the pie? How well does a storefront like this do each month? How are you driving traffic to it?
What’s one skill that made you more money than anything else?
For me… it wasn’t design. It wasn’t ads. It wasn’t even knowing a “high-income skill” at first. It was understanding how to communicate value. Once I learned how to: - Turn simple words into persuasion - Speak directly to what people actually want - Position an offer so it feels like a no-brainer Everything changed. I could: ✔ Close clients easier ✔ Charge higher without resistance ✔ Make even simple offers convert Most people think they need more skills…But in reality, they just need to present what they already have better. Because no matter what you do, If you can’t communicate it clearly, it won’t sell. Curious… what’s that ONE skill for you? 👇Drop it below, this could help someone else level up.

I think Alex and I are similar in how we might think and see the world. For me, it’s getting clear on the real problem. Not the surface issue, but what’s actually driving it underneath. Once I can see that, I can simplify it into a few clear next steps that move things forward quickly. That’s what creates value in consulting. Clarity that leads to action. Pitching it in a way that sells the value, that's another thing. All my consulting gigs for operations have come word of mouth, but they are not enough. I think I should figure out how to put it out there, but not sure what the looks like avenue wise or what to say.

@Lizzy Digit That's a good question. I'll ask the two guys I'm working with now to share their thoughts on that question and start narrowing my message to that.
📖 How I Built My Portfolio To 50K+ MRR in Less Than 6 Months
**not including SaaS but through agency, coaching, and passive income. The below 5 are the top contributors: 1) Focusing on real problems 2) Pricing, positioning, and timing 3) Building with like-minded people 4) If it doesn’t come naturally, I let it go 5) Knock out the most important tasks first, DAILY Note: For some ventures, getting paid upfront beats MRR I began focusing and devoting my time way more to solving real problems in the world and was very intentional to focus my pattern recognition in on what works, then doubled down on that. Everything else became noise. Calls, planning tasks for the day, engagement even, can all make us seem like we’re progressing, but sometimes it can be noise. The key is to focus on the signal. 1) The signal of where you feel like you’re in your zone and tapped into what makes you different and 2) The signal of where money is flowing. I often tell clients that money is like a river, it’s always flowing around us and we help it flow by what we spend money on, ask yourself how you can best position yourself within that flow. Then start building passionately. We’re in a time where there’s shiny objects all around us. This time last year I was working on almost 12 different things, each dividing my time. Fast forward I built an internal system that instantly tells me if something is worth my time, and how much time it’s worth, then I proceed. I’ll be sharing this new framework in the classroom drooling. Cheers & happy sunday! 🥂

I like the river analogy. I just need to figure out what boat I'm sitting in. Look forward to your tool. I tried building something like that with ChatGPT - it was ok, but manual.

@Linda Michael just getting started. Look forward to diving into the classroom area this week to see what’s in there.
