I thought I had done everything and didn't know what I was gonna do on the call. I quickly reached out to Mason and he put me at ease. The ONE thing that made this deal happen was what @Mason Church preaches to always do - isolate the problem. After months of nurturing this prospect and in the end having to follow up twice for a decision and getting a NO.... I turned it around and it was from everything that Mason taught me and reminded me of today.
