@Nabeel Dinani Yes, I can. I haven't completely fallen off, just fallen off a little bit. I still get little workout and stretches in during my breaks at work. The little bit I have fallen off just means that I haven't been to the gym in a week and a half. Everyday this week has been the same, wake up at 4am go to work, get off work at 330pm, go to old apt a m d go upstairs, grab boxes, go downstairs, load car, go back upstairs, grab boxes, go downstairs, load car until the car is full. Drive to new apt, unload car. Drive back to old apartment, do it again, go back to new apt and unload car. Days end at 10-11 pm usually. I did get 20 body weight squats in before I crashed.
