Welcome everyone! I'm excited to see our new members funneling into our Skool community while Adam and I are getting ready to debut some major new resources for everyone. Who am I? I'm here to serve as your "Biblical Tour Guide" as we explore the depths of God's word for every part of life. As the scholar-in-residence for Global Outreach, I'm here to share links to daily devotions, study guides and resources, and video tours of biblical and archaeological sites. @Katya Richie Welcome aboard, Katya! Fascinating to hear that you migrated from CA to PA, as I grew up in the bay area myself and wound up going to school in PA, haha. Pruning is a challenging but glorious part of life in Christ as we put off the old self and put on the new that is renewed in his image (John 15:1–6; Col 3:9–10). The wilderness is filled with trials along their way, but they certainly will bear their fruit, if we continue sowing in hope, without growing faint: James 1:2 Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. 4 And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. James 1:5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6 But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind.
