Advanced Strategy: The "Reverse Wholesale" Instead of finding a house and hunting for a buyer, vet your JV partner’s top 3 active buyers first. Identify their specific "buy-box" (exact zip codes, vintage, and yield %). Sourcing specifically for a pre-vetted buyer eliminates the 30-day "hope and pray" period and secures your exit before you even sign the A-B contract.
