Is this possible?
Has anyone purchased a Mobile Home Park that has park-owned homes and then completed a cash-out refinance on each of the mobile homes to recapture their down payment? If so, I would love to talk.

@Jesse Juris from my experience in Florida on old mobile homes it’s hard to get wind protection. Without wind protection I’ve been unable to get bank financing with the mobile homes collateralized. Banks usually focus on lot rent revenue only.
