50 year mortgage.
Thoughts? I will be doing podcasts on this, along with portable mortgages, and Fannie dropping the credit score requirement.

If people saw value in interest only mortgage loans they will certainly see value in a 50 year mortgage. Every option should be explored depending on your situation.

I have been very conservative. I am eager to learn more about tax strategy. I have 2 STRs, 1 MTR, and 1 LTR. I doubt I can do 2025 STR Loophole.
