Thank you all for comments. My aim is to come away from the bootcamp with a clear strategy of two areas I want to work in. As I'm retired I have more time to dedicate to projects but hopefully create even more time for my wife and family.

Hi Eunice, thank you for engaging with me. I'm leaning towards starting small, probably BTL but I am interested in SA and Commercial Conversions. I'm sure I will have a better idea after the Bootcamp. The one thing that would have an impact on my confidence to move forward would be having great systems and processes along with great mentors. Where was your starting point on the property ladder and how has it developed to where you are now?
