Hello Coach Mike, Although I would love to attend tonight's Collective Social, I am committed to attending my lodge's last meeting before we break for the summer. I am our Treasurer and I know they want to be reimbursed for money they've laid out. I look forward to participating in your next event.

This may be slightly off topic, but I find that sending emails requesting information from customers without a personal follow-up is insufficient. Even though my request is important to me, it is not to the recipient.

Email exchanges are interactions. I will try to think about how the other person will perceive my message before I send them.
