Great question! For me, martial arts also boost my confidence and discipline, help me stay focused, and teach me resilience. It’s amazing how it not only improves the body but also shapes the mind and character. Arms or legs
If you were being attacked in the street, what would your first line of defence be? Would you use your arms or your legs?

That's a thought-provoking question! In a real street attack, my first priority would be to stay calm and assess the situation quickly. Depending on the circumstances, I’d probably use a combination of both—aiming to create distance and protect myself with my arms while using my legs if needed to keep the attacker at bay.
