It's been a while since I've been active in this group. I actually started a new YouTube channel about a month ago for my new business , but I'm only posting shorts (for now). Are long-form videos on YouTube only addressed in this group or also shorts ?

One of the things I'm trying to do is get faster at filming and editing my midweek videos because I want to add a third video and the only way to do that is make the process faster. I was able to film, edit and post this (including writing the outline script, description, and design the thumbnail) in an hour. Boom! Did it. I have a part time job as a nonprofit director and am a public speaker nationally - so my work life has space, but it is also full so I'm juggling stuff to make this happen and I think I'm figuring out some things. So proud of Laverne of Downsizing Diva she has reached the 4k hour mark and is only 266 subs away from monetization on YT. Whoop Whoop!!! @Deleted By the way, the interesting thing about LaVerne's channel is it's SUPER competitive (weight loss) and she uses LIVES to grow her channel.

He is the first one of the intensive program to get monetized! Woohoo took just 8 weeks of working together to get him there! Matt has been awesome, testing different topics and styles of filming and finally found his sweet spot! He had a plan to give YouTube a year to start making money and when he didn't hit that goal he reached out and joined this program. I'm so freaking proud of him. He always has the best attitude and literally pours everything into his videos and editing them. So so so awesome! The first day of making money was Dec. 24th from ad sense. How timely is that?! :) Merry Christmas from YT. :) Just another exampe of how sticking with it and testing different strategies will get you there!!! Woohooo!!!
