Your WINS of the day
This is one of the tools that have such an amazing effect on people's lives. To write down your wins of the day. To celebrate your valued actions, because it shows your brain what you care about, and that you celebrate that instead of trying to fix emotions and thoughts. Every day we're going to write down our three wins of the day. You can add pictures of the things. If you went to the gym, did a meditation, hung out with your friends, or worked on your business. Any win counts. Big or small. This is the first Wins of the Day post. Comment your three wins underneath.

Replay How to Coach Yourself Moment to Moment
🎥 This is our group coaching call from August 10: https://www.skool.com/star-jesse-taylor-3703/classroom/1f201246?md=f1dcc241f37f40d7a537453f0370503b This one is all about how to coach yourself, moment to moment. Learn what's in here and you can catch yourself in the middle of a spiral and turn it on your own, instead of waiting for the feeling to pass or reaching for the next thing to fix you. People shared where they're at, we went deep together, and I coached several of you live. If you missed it, or you just want to go back through it, it's all here. What we cover: ✅ How to coach yourself in the moment instead of reacting to your brain 🧠 The power of questions, and why the ones you engage with are the ones your brain gives you more of 🖐️ The five better questions to ask instead 🙌 Live coaching, worked through in real time 🚂 The tomorrow man, and when the best time to start actually is Do the practice. Posting here the reminder I created after this call
🌱 Post your Value Garden. I'll roast it.
🔥 I want to see your Value Garden. Post it in the comments and I'll go through it with you, one by one, and tell you exactly what's working and what's quietly holding you back. Fair warning, I'll be honest with you, because that's how you actually grow. But first, in case it hasn't fully landed yet, let me tell you why this is the exercise I want you to do before anything else. ⚙️ Whatever brought you here, the OCD, the intrusive thoughts, the anxiety that has kept you inside your own four walls, the panic, the rumination that loops after everything, the overthinking, the procrastination, the fear of what everyone thinks of you, the perfectionism, it all runs on the same engine. Your brain gives you more of whatever you engage with. Every time you try to fix the feeling or get rid of the thought, you show your brain it matters, and it hands you more. ✅ So you do not get better by fighting your symptoms. You get better by showing your brain a new signal. And you do that by living your life, based on your Value Garden. 🧱 That is why this is not a side exercise or a nice bit of life planning. It is the foundation. Your Value Garden is the map of where your energy goes instead of into your head. It is the thing every other tool in here points back to. If your garden is vague or thin, your whole recovery is standing on sand. If it is clear and alive, you always know which direction to walk, no matter what your brain throws at you that day. ⚠️ Now, do not walk away thinking the Value Garden is all you need. It is not. There are many more tools and insights coming that you need to actually get better, and I will give them to you. But this is where it starts, and it becomes your map along the way. You will keep coming back to it, and everything else I teach you will make more sense once it is built. That is why I want to see it. So let's build yours until it is solid. 📸 How to post it: 1. Take a photo of your Value Garden (the paper with your seven areas and your actions) and post it as a comment below.
🌱 Post your Value Garden. I'll roast it.

@Star Taylor Thanks a lot Star! The biggest takeaway for me is shifting from results to exploration. Here are other thoughts on your comments: • My ratings: You are definitely right that my ratings are low! (your comments made me laugh, loved them 😆) I find it very difficult to feel genuinely excited about anything and have fun. It’s like I’ve become disconnected from the part of myself that generates excitement. The main challenge I’m currently dealing with is apathy. • Gym: I’ve been going to the gym for 15 years, so it has become part of my routine. I’m not particularly excited about it, but I keep going because of the many benefits. Regarding progress, I used to focus on building muscles, but I can’t push myself as hard as I used to because of a few minor injuries. • Meditation: I practice silent meditation every morning after I wake up. I started with 15 minutes and am gradually increasing the duration. I’ll also check the plans in your book. • Creating content: I’ve been thinking about creating AI-related content, but I haven’t started yet because I don’t feel comfortable recording myself (yeah I should do it anyway)

@Naira Hart Hi Naira 👋
Support rating for actions
Hi @Star Taylor , I have a question about the action ratings for the Value Garden. Could you explain a bit more about how we should rate how supportive a specific action is? For some activities, it feels pretty straightforward, for example a job or money-related activites or visit family members. But for others, I find it harder to decide, such as kitesurfing, watching movies, or reading a book. Thanks!

@Star Taylor Hi Star, thanks for the video reply, I watched the video from the LA workshop, it helped clarify many things but, as I wrote, I was asking myself: how can I define support for this action? Maybe I rationalize it too much as Katie was mentioning, and I just have to relate the action to the benefits I guess it generates. Correct?

@Katie Hayman Hi Katie, thanks for your tips, it was more about the definition of support rather than assigning a specific score. But as you say probably I'm over thinking this too much (as usual 😅). I'd take support = benefits.
