Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Do you know that if you promote your eBay listings using the Dynamic Rate, or in a Campaign, that if and when you end those listings, and try to remove the Promoted status, it doesn't get removed it passes on to the listing once it is relisted? I usually end all my promotions once an item is ended, because I treat it as a new listing and wait to promote it at a later time. You can go into the listing once it is reposted and remove the promotion, but it will not let you end the promotion while it is in the draft mode waiting to be relisted. Just wanted to make sure everyone knows this.
