Spitting on anyone is unlawful, disgusting, filthy, and inappropriate. This guy needs his buttocks kicked but is it right for the other patrons to do so, no. Call the police, document what's going on, talk to him/yell, all that stuff, but start a fight, physical confrontation (3 day rule). The other patrons can be witnesses for the woman who was spit on, get a picture of the perps license plate for the police, a picture of him for identification because he sure won't be giving his name out, and I doubt police would get there before he left. The business should have CCC to use for evidence also. I have to agree it that is no way to treat a woman and not in this country. The guy definitely needs a tough wake-up call but then there are our laws, good grief. Maybe some laws need changed. I would be happy if someone helped me when I needed it but very distressed if the ones who helped were then in trouble. The laws enable these creeps get away with so much it seems. Just sayin.
