Hello all. My name is KT from the US. I am new to the dispatching world with tons of customer service experience that I’m sure will be of great use once I get rolling. I want to gain confidence from the knowledge I gain from this platform, figure out how to negotiate and how to gain and maintain good working relationships within the industry.
