2nd listen to the Hydration session, really lovely. I haven't noticed being more thirsty really, but I have noticed less bloating so I am sure something is happening! Just so lovely to wake up all those cells, organs and nerves and optimise their relationship with the water I am drinking. Xxx

So, just listened to my first hydration session. Really lovely and far reaching. I'll be fascinated to see how my body reacts. So many aspects to water in the body I hadn't thought about. Lovely, thank you. I did begin at the beginning, important as it turns out because these sessions run very differently! Thank you ❤️
