Lovely series and final session! Gratitude is the key and being present with it, as you say gratitude for what you have now will attract more in. You'll be on that vibration 😀 I have gratitude for my miniature buddlieja bush. I transplanted it to a new pot this summer only to find it had grown into the ground under the pot. What I transplanted looked more like a dead branch, but I gave it a chance and some months later it has rejuvenated and is about to flower. I am in awe of nature 😀

This was interesting, I guess most of the time we feel we don't change and things stay the same, maybe when the changes are subtle, but actually change is happening all the time, and doing these sessions will accelerate that I would think. Just in how we see the world, how are bodies are and what we focus our attention on. And what comes up from the past for us to let go. Loved it xxx

I've felt really tired for a few days. Punished myself yesterday and was totally in my head about it. Today I intend to relax and let any rubbish clear on its own 😀 xxx
