@Ann-See Yeoh Hi everyone, have really enjoyed the replays & have managed to catch up to week 4. Have practiced every day as aware I was compressing practice. Felt it was going well & using Nadi S especially helped me, but the ratios are sticky for me. Keeping on trying. Have brought some of what I learnt into class, thinking about off the mat, which seems to go down well. Portugal has been a real turning point for me and the course is helping that carry on with what I thought was "too difficult"

What are your key takeaways from "The Celestine Prophecy," and how do you plan to apply them? I hope you've enjoyed reading the book. Let me know if you'd like another.

enjoyed the book (although a bit Indiana Jones) liked how it threaded together ideas neatly, including the 6th insight which I thought looked at stressful situations & letting go. Not sure if I have great intuition but think maybe paying attention (to opportunities) definitely think it's important to pay attention to the past, environment & make space for other people Happy for any other book suggestions
Week 3 Reflections
Hey! How are you getting on with the book? I know it can be challenging with the summer hols now in the UK. Stay consistent and keep reading. 1. How do you interpret the Second Insight about historical awareness and awakening? 2. In what ways do you see the influence of past generations affecting your present-day life? 3. Reflect on a moment when you felt an increased awareness of life's coincidences.

still reading ☺️ I liked the section on historical awakening and how the time sequences were broken down, but I think society awakening is wishful thinking I'm afraid. think I'm very influenced by my parents, even if it's in not agreeing with them (they've both passed away) but am a mixture of both, maybe my grandparents too. I've spent a long time researching my family tree & have made a few trips, more planned to try & understand them better, possibly to try & understand myself more !
Week 1 reflections
How did you get on? I know some of you may have only just received your book ... Reflect on the questions below and post your reflections in the comments below 👇 - What are your initial thoughts on the concept of coincidences as described in the book? - How do you relate to the protagonist’s sense of curiosity and search for deeper meaning? - Have you ever experienced a series of coincidences that felt significant? Share your experience.

I'm reading it on kindle.. I liked the section on coincidence, it was simply put & is something I do reflect on. Wondered if that was the first section to draw you into the book a little as a connection/ relatable. The main character does get drawn into the action rather easily & accomplished a lot quickly! It's a wee bit of it's time (90's?) Think sequences of events, stringing together can have meaning, most for me was moving house, which became very complicated & we didn't get our first choice & we're in a precarious position~ but I think where we are now is better
