Do you have any local legend segments on strava? If so, are you protective of them? This is the first segment I've gotten, which is pretty cool. It's just along my normal route, so I assume I'll keep upping the number of times I've done it.

Life is BUSY... and I know we all all feel it. And so I’m curious, how do you set up your week so running fits in? I hit my first 40-mile week last week. Running 6 days a week, it feels like I’m about capped on how much time I can give it right now. How about you? How do you find space for your miles with everything else going on in life?
