Money…100%. I am just gathering some more information before taking the plunge and asking the questions to help us (me!) get started. Also fear and lack of self confidence at the moment which I’m working on

@Rob Rolston I think I want to jump in with private money. Firstly I am going after the father in law who has money in investment but has a background in property development when he was younger so hoping we can appeal to him and JV. I love the idea of deal of deal sourcing too but again, there will be an outlay with this (solicitors, time etc) so not sure this would work for me. Hopefully as my experience increases and portfolio grows so will my confidence and then I plan to hit the bigger investors. I do want to start networking though so will be looking to do that in the Yorkshire area.
