Obviously everyone is here to learn the Art of Muay Thai. But I’m curious what specific obstacles you all are running into? Maybe we can help each other, or if it’s a technique thing then I’ll put it on Kru Johns list for upcoming posts, or….. 🤷♂️
I more or less dropped the SBD movements though. But I'm keen to know if the strength accumulated over the years can help make Muay Thai a bit smoother
