🤔 Quick Question About the Mike AI Feature
Do you use the Mike AI chat in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard? It’s there to help soundboard ideas and assist with technical issues, but I’ve noticed it doesn’t get much use. Any thoughts on why that might be?

I tried using it a couple times. It just couldn't seem to grasp the crux of the problem/issue I was facing. Ultimately, it referred me to Tech Support to try an solve my issue. But it didn't provide any link or email or phone number for Tech Support.

It's difficult to make a decision without seeing the entire layout. We only see the top couple of lines - and not even all of them.

In the Character Journey Builder, is there a way to input data for multiple characters - or only one?

I couldn't work on this until October 6th. However, I liked what I saw regarding the Story World Builder. It really did a good job with the data I entered.
