Hey everyone, ​I’m Jesse Niall, and I started this group because, like you, I’m navigating the "beautiful chaos" of life over 40 with an ADHD brain. ​For decades, many of us have white-knuckled our way through careers, kids, and big responsibilities. We’ve been told to "just use a planner," but our brains don’t work that way. ​The Reality of This Space ✨ I’m not here as a clinical counselor or a medical expert. I’m here as someone with the lived experience of the 40+ ADHD whirlwind.
