The goal of the survey is to help identify areas for improvement and enhance the effectiveness of L&D programs for the entire organization. Are there any questions that you used to help you in this kind of situation? I figured the questions should focus on Identifying Skills and gaps, determining why new skills are needed, evaluating former training efforts, understanding who needs to be trained, and making training accessible to all.
