Why YouTube Is The BEST Opportunity Right Now
🚩just dropped a new video on why YouTube is literally the best opportunity right now for anybody over 40. I know a lot of you are still on the fence about whether this is even for you. Too old, too late, not techy enough. I cover all of that in this one. ✅ Here's what I get into: - Why experience is now more valuable than production quality on YouTube - The massive gap between who's making content and who's watching it (this one will surprise you) - Real numbers from my own channel - A guy who started his channel at 80 and was monetized in 9 weeks - Every way you can actually make money, even before you hit 1,000 subscribers You are not starting from zero. You are starting from decades of real skills, real stories, and real credibility that younger creators straight up cannot fake. Watch it using the link below and drop a comment here after you watch it. I want to know what resonated most with you. New Video In Bonus Section

That was great! I am a 30 year IT veteran in K-12 education, coupled with a 9 year stint at the Apple Store when my kids were small to help make ends meet. In those environments, I am calm, competent, and confident. I have no problem with the tech side of this equation. What I do have is impostor syndrome when trying to get myself going on YouTube and other platforms. Why would people listen to me? I hate how I look and sound on camera. I get skittish because there's contrary info coming from all different kinds of creators, each one thinking they have the one right away to do things. It's enough to make my head explode. This video did a lot to calm those inner voices. All the points you made about authenticity spoke to me. I don't have to worry about having slick editing and transitions every three seconds. It makes me think I can do this after all.

I'd been following you on YouTube for awhile. The one that got me to come over and hang out on Skool was How I Sell Digital Products at 54 Years Old.
Skills vs. Tech
What feels more overwhelming about starting an online business, figuring out what to sell or figuring out the technology to sell it?

Speaking for myself, it's a little of both. Like Craig R. above, I have 30-ish years in IT. Plus a nine year stint at my local Apple Store as a second job. I discovered I really love helping individuals with their technology and I've had my sights set on doing a YouTube channel and a possible Skool community to go with it, catering to people who are either A. older or B. tech phobic. Where I tend to get in my own way is that I want things to look and be perfect, hence I never really get going. I have the added bonus of hating how I look and sound on camera. Then I get distracted by shiny new thing syndrome. ("Oh! People are using AI to make and sell web sites!" "Whatever you do, manage it with Systeme.io!" "No! You should really be using High Level and cater to service businesses!") I really just need to make myself pick a lane and focus on that.

📍 You've probably joined groups before, downloaded the freebies, watched a video or two, and then life got in the way. That's not a character flaw, that's just what happens when there's no real reason to start today. But here's the thing... you already have the most valuable ingredient sitting inside you right now. Your experience. The stuff you've lived through, figured out, and learned the hard way is exactly what people will pay for. This training gives you the step by step path to package it. The only question is whether you'll actually walk it. Let's go. 👇 Drop a "I'm in" below if you're ready to stop browsing and start building.

Hi, everybody. I'm George from Madison, WI. I am 57 and I've worked in IT in K-12 education for nearly 30 years and still going. I've recently started offering paid services to my local community. I enjoy helping people and I enjoy technology. I'd like to explore offering digital products and focusing on people who are either older, otherwise tech phobic, or both. I look forward to getting to know everyone!
