My leadership has been featured on major stages including Becker’s Healthcare, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, HIMSS, HLTH, ASU+GSV, HolonIQ, and ViVE; where I consistently calls for systemic change to build a more sustainable, equitable, and people-centered workforce. With over 17 years of experience across hospital systems and higher education institutions, I am a trusted voice across both sectors. I serve on numerous boards and advisory groups including the United Way (North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Lebanon County), the Patient Safety Committee at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital, JFF’s Corporate Innovation Council, and the Goldman Sachs Horizon Inclusive Growth Corporate Network. I hold a bachelor's degree in political science from Moravian University, a master's in public administration from East Stroudsburg University, and am currently pursuing a doctorate in leadership at the American College of Education. Above all, I am a devoted father of three young sons and a proud dual citizen, rooted in a family legacy that emigrated from Germany.
