Creating a Wellness Ripple
We often think wellness requires a major change, but lasting transformation is usually built through small, consistent choices. A glass of water instead of another coffee. A few extra minutes outside. A quiet moment with your animal companion. Choosing a local product over a disposable one. Each choice may seem small on its own, but together they create a ripple that extends into our health, our relationships, our homes, and even our communities. ✨ Reflection Question: What is one small change you've made recently that has had a positive impact on your wellbeing, your animal companion, or the environment? Share below and inspire someone else's to create a ripple of change. 📚 If you'd like to explore this idea further, check out the full article Creating a Wellness Ripple in the Natural Wellness Resource Library.

I started drinking a pint of water in the morning with sea salt and lemon. It helps to flush me out before any caffeine enters my system. I try not to drink coffee until after I've eaten. Some days I even make it to lunchtime without.

@Arlana Tanner I read a while ago that coffee in the morning on an empty stomach affects your sleep because of the cortisol rise. I used to drink coffee as soon as I woke up and fell asleep instantly between 8-9pm. I thought I was good at sleep 😂 but apparently not. Now it takes me longer to fall asleep but I feel much more rested when I wake, and sleep less hours (8-9 instead of 10-12)
LIVE Expert Talks Inside PPP
I am getting ready to launch a series of LIVE Expert talks inside of PPP. I currently have been doing my interviews on ZOOM then posting them to our Social Media platforms. I am wondering how you would feel about being able to access these talks LIVE before they become uploaded to the general public? Let me know what you think... whether as a speaker or someone interested in listening... I would love your perspective.

The Beagle Rescue That is Sparking a Much Bigger Conversation
There has been a great deal of conversation online lately surrounding the rescue of the beagles from the Ridgeway breeding and experimentation facility — and regardless of where people stand politically, it has clearly touched something deeply emotional for many. For some, it raises questions about animal testing, ethics, and the use of animals in the beauty industry. For others, it highlights the extraordinary compassion and courage of those willing to risk legal consequences in order to save even a few lives. But beneath all of it, I think there is a deeper question emerging: How do we balance human advancement, industry, medicine, and convenience with compassion, ethics, and the emotional lives of animals? I would genuinely love to hear thoughtful perspectives from this community. Do stories like this shift the way you think about wellness, consumer choices, or our relationship with animals? Or do you feel these conversations are more complex than social media often allows space for?

There is a similar facility here in the UK. A friend of mine reached out about doing something to help. She thought I would be able to help but I felt worried about the legal consequences. I have my own animals and no one to take care of them if I was arrested so it would be irresponsible to them.

@Arlana Tanner I have been sharing posts on my business and personal page to raise awareness. Hopefully that means someone who is able to give more will see it and contribute. I think sharing is really important.
