Hi 👋 I’m Gemma, a leadership coach helping leaders with critical and creative thinking to make the right judgment calls and decisions (also the tough ones) with the least negative impact to their organisation and I also design coaching based learning journeys for teams and leader groups with an emphasis on self solving, social learning critical thinking your way through real life problems Outside of that I live near Rotterdam with a house full of boys including my dog and I’m a crime and mystery documentary freak. I’m a friend of Aleks and have worked with Deb and I know what amazing thinkers and innovators they are as individuals so doubly strong together. I’m sure this space is going to be place for challenging thinking, learning new perspectives and always fun!! What would make this community breakthrough - for me it’s not about solutions but sharing and growing our perspectives on the challenges we face in this crazy world of work and AI (and generally crazy world). If my mind is broadened then that’s a win for me!
