If You're Learning to Build With AI, Watch This
Not my video, but I just watched this guy build a full AI chess coach with Claude Code and it was genuinely one of the best 'what you can actually build' videos I've seen in a while. It connects to your real games, reviews them like a grandmaster the second you finish, and drills you on your weak spots. All built in a few hours, no dev team. He uploads a lot of really solid AI build content, and he's got a free community called KVK Automates AI where he breaks this stuff down step by step. I've been getting a lot out of it honestly. Dropping the video in case it helps someone: https://youtu.be/6Yd4qxJePqU

ok Fable 5 is actually a big deal if you sell AI
if you build or sell AI stuff and haven't tried Fable 5 yet, do it. new flagship, way better at building full systems on its own. the kind of thing you'd charge a client $30-50k for is getting genuinely fast to build now. feels like the gap between 'i know AI' and 'i sell AI' just closed a lot. anyone using it for client work yet? (unrelated-ish, but found this solid on pricing AI builds in 2026: https://youtu.be/eQFCtVuvzSY

someone finally explained why AI people undercharge so hard
been undercharging for my AI builds for ages and this kind of broke my brain. the point that stuck: agencies charge $50k for the same thing most of us do for $2k. same tech, they just position it as an 'AI employee' instead of a 'workflow'. the 3 tiers he breaks down (starter $5-10k, standard $15-30k, enterprise $50k+) actually make sense once you frame it as a hire, not software. https://youtu.be/eQFCtVuvzSY he's got a free community with the scripts and templates too: https://www.skool.com/kvk-automates-ai anyone here actually charging $10k+ for AI builds yet?

just watched this and learnt so much, had to share
ok i just watched this video and honestly learnt so much from it. it's on pricing AI services (he calls them "AI employees") and why most of us are massively undercharging. the part that got me: agencies are charging $50k for basically the same thing a lot of people sell for $2k. same tech, completely different positioning. he breaks down a proper 3-tier model (starter $5-10k, standard $15-30k, enterprise $50k+), the frame that actually closes deals (you're selling a hire, not software), and how to handle the objections you always hear. watch it here: https://youtu.be/eQFCtVuvzSY i also just joined his free Skool community and honestly it's really good. super active, everyone's actually helping each other out and sharing what's working, not just lurking. been a while since i found a group like that. link if you wanna get in: https://www.skool.com/kvk-automates-ai what are you charging for your AI builds right now?

guy builds 5 sellable AI services in under an hour, worth a look
came across this and thought it'd be useful for people here. guy builds 5 sellable AI services in under an hour with Claude Code, and the AI does most of the building itself, sets up the workflow, tests it, fixes its own bugs. stuff like review responders, support email bots, lead catchers. the kind of thing you can charge $300-500+ a month for. https://youtu.be/W3-VorTg6B4 what would you build first?
