Day 3 Assignment: Choose Your 2026 Top Values + Make Them Real Today you will choose your top values for 2026 (from your Desire List) and turn them into actions. ✅ Step 1: Pick Your Top Values From your Desire List, choose your Top 3 values (max 5) for 2026.Write them as single words or short phrases (example: Health, Calm Motherhood, Money Growth, Boundaries, Relationships, Learning). ✅ Step 2: Reality Check (The “Evidence Plan”) For each value, answer YES or NO: - Time: Can I give time to this weekly/daily? - Money: Can I invest in this (even small)? - Energy/Focus: Can I focus on this consistently? - Space: Can I create space for this in my home/calendar/mind? If any answer is “NO” → that value is not a top value yet (it’s still a desire). ✅ Step 3: If You’re Changing Your Value Hierarchy If your 2026 values are different from your 2025 evidence, ask: Am I ready to pay the cost?What will I need to sacrifice or reduce to make this real? ✅ Step 4: Behavior Markers (Make it Actionable) For each of your Top 3 values, write 3–5 behavior markers (actions you will do). Example:Value: Health - Walk 30 min 4x/week - Protein daily - Sleep by 11 pm - Meal by 7pm ✅ Step 5: Link Your Top 3 Values (Create Dependency) Now write 3 reasons why your values support each other. Use this format: - “When I focus on Value #1, it helps Value #2 because ____.” - “When Value #2 improves, Value #3 becomes easier because ____.” - “If I protect Value #3, Value #1 stays strong because ____.” Example: - “When I protect my Health, I have energy for Relationships.” - “When my Relationships are peaceful, I make better Money decisions.” - “When I improve Money, I can invest in Health and reduce stress.” You’re not just dreaming now… you’re designing. 💖

DAY 4 ASSIGNMENT: Affirmations + Drop Statements + 4-Life-Areas Goals By now you have:✅ Top Values (3–5)✅ Action steps / behavior markers✅ Link (dependency) between your top values Today we will do mind programming + realignment + simple goal setting. 1) Create Affirmations for Your Actions (Mind Programming) For each value, look at your action steps and write 1 affirmation per action. Use this format: “I have all the time, energy, and focus to ______ because it helps me ______.” ✅ Example: - “I have all the time, energy, and focus to walk 30 minutes because it helps me feel healthy and confident.” - “I have all the time, energy, and focus to say no because it helps me protect my peace.” 👉 Write 3–5 affirmations per value (based on your action steps). 2) Create “Drop Statements” (Disconnect from Lower Values) Now identify 1–3 habits / lower values you want to drop (the ones that pull you away from your new top values). Use this format: “I decide to drop ______ because it is not helping me to ______.” ✅ Example: - “I decide to drop late-night scrolling because it is not helping me to build my health and energy.” - “I decide to drop people-pleasing because it is not helping me to set boundaries and feel peaceful.” 👉 Write 5 drop statements total. 3) Pick 4 Life Areas + Set Goals Choose 4 areas (preferably from your top values): ✅ Required: 1. Health 2. Relationships 3. Money 4. Your choice (Career / Spirituality / Parenting / Confidence / Learning etc. For each area do this: A) Write 1–3 Goals Example (Health): - Lose 5–10 lbs - Walk 4x/week - Sleep by 11 pm B) Write 3–5 Action Steps for Each Goal Example (Sleep by 11 pm): - Phone off at 10:15 - Tea + skincare routine - Lights dim by 10:30 👉 Keep it realistic and simple. ✅ Closing Note (Very Important) If you need to adjust your top values list slightly to fit these 4 areas, you can—this is part of realignment. ✨ Be Reasy for: 2026 Goal Setting / Vision Board Creation.

Indu, congratulations for being the first person to ask the question on this community forum on QA thread. I am sure as other member start using the platform , they will also give some input using their experience. - Did you drive in india? if yes the no different , actually more easy. - First you need to find why you need to learn driving , as once you know it is really needed then the fear will dilute. You can write all possible reasons on When I learn driving it will help me to xxxxxxxx - Give the exam first - When your spouse driving ask him to tell you what he is doing , like signs , turns etc, there is a lot of things the driver can explain but you need to listen with curiosity and not make him mad or irritated. - If possible join a driving class. The investment is worth it. - Then learn in big parking lots with husband - Then take the test for driving and get license - Then find opportunities to drive. - You will be all set - One thing remember - In this country , if you learn driving, it's yr first ticket to freedom. - Hope this information helps you.
