Today I was talking to a colleague in my office who was trying to figure out how to close people on listing appts. The answer: Guarantees. Yeah, people want to KNOW that you have skin in the game and the stronger and crazier the guarantees the better. I have three guarantees and working on possibly adding two more. Before I share what these are what guarantees do you think would be the most effective? After a few answers I’ll share mine :).
