Hi everyone, I work with trades and home service professionals. I often come across people in this field who are just so stubborn and hate change ( have been running their business the same way for 15 years without much growth because they won't accept help or think they know best) What are some questions I can ask to help open these types of people up and gently make them realize that they don't know everything and being open to coaching could change their lives? I just want to help these people so badly, but it sometimes feels like I'm slamming my head against the wall. Thanks!
