Hi All, I have recently purchased a property through my pension, it is currently a vacant commercial unit and I plan to convert to high end HMO, It is situated in Sligo town central, I am just reaching out to see if any of the network knows any lenders who offer development financing for properties bought through a pension or does it exist?? Some offer pension mortgages but that is for a ‘rental ready’ property.
