Cut your List Building Costs by Thousands of $ Per Month with RevyOps + Clay (Our Exact List Building Template)
Just posted a new video resource on how you can cut your list building costs by thousands of $$ per month by implementing RevyOps and Clay. When you're sending hundreds of thousands of emails a month, you're paying to enrich the same leads over and over. In this video I walk you through the exact Clay workbook template and RevyOps setup we use to eliminate that waste. What's covered in the video: - Central database logic - Every lead you enrich gets stored in RevyOps so you never pay twice to enrich the same contact or company across campaigns. - 8-table Clay workbook - Covers company enrichment, qualification, contact sourcing (AI Ark + Clay), email waterfall enrichment, company-level personalization, and final push to your sequencer. - Duplicate suppression - Automatically checks whether a contact or company has been reached out to in the last 60-90 days before spending any credits, at both the company and contact level. - Smart email enrichment - Compares RevyOps data against live source data to detect job changes, then decides whether to reuse, verify, or re-enrich the email address from scratch. - GTM Engineer efficiency - 95% of list building tasks are pre-built into the template. Our team members duplicate it, customize for the campaign, and go. Affiliate links for the tools used: Get RevyOps Here Get AI Ark Here Let me know if you have any feedback! Heeeeyy Guys!!
Hey everybody! just wanted to introduce myself in this community. I'm Gaspard. I'm 20 and I started my entrepreneurial journey a year ago. I've been doing AI automation services and I've been focusing on lead generation for the last 6 months and had great results. I wanted to continue to learn about cold email outreach because that's my main aquisition channel. Happy to connect 🙏

Any agency owners here running Instantly for client campaigns?
Not a post, just looking to connect. Running cold email campaigns for clients on Instantly and curious how other agency owners are handling the reply side of things — specifically what happens after a reply comes in. If you're managing 3+ client campaigns on Instantly, drop a comment. Would love to compare notes.

I have two systems: 1. Auto Reply with Claude code. I just found that Claude code is better at replying than instantly. 2. I manually answer. I have usually four templates that allow me to answer within 1 min max.
Question on deliverability
Hi Team, quick question, I want to double-check something that might have an obvious answer. If I buy an inbox from ScaledMail, warm it up for 4 weeks, then use it for a single day to send 1,000 emails from that address alone, will those 1000 emails land in the main inbox during that day? I'm not concerned about long-term domain reputation. I just want to know if that first batch sent during day 1 of 1,000 will deliver successfully or not - Thanks

No, that's gonna get slaughtered. Doesn't matter how well warmed the inbox is, jumping straight to 1000 in one day from a single address is such a sharp volume spike that ESPs will flag it regardless of your sender reputation going in. Even fully warmed inboxes usually cap out around 30-50 a day before you start seeing spam folder placement, sending 20x that in one shot basically screams bot behavior. If you need that volume on day 1, you're better off splitting it across way more inboxes at normal daily limits rather than stacking it all on one.
Testing & Replacing Domains
I'm curious on how do you diagnose if a domain is an issue when sending campaigns? Like when is it a sign to rotate and replace domains. Build a scalable system with buffer: Many domains + many inboxes + low volume per inbox, plus 20–30% extra capacity so you can rotate, test, and replace domains without stalling campaigns.

Mainly watching open rate drop over time on a domain that used to perform fine, that's usually the first flag before anything else shows up. If a domain that was hitting 40-50% opens suddenly dips to like 20% with the same list quality, it's warmed up its welcome and I start bouncing volume off it while it cools down. Bounce rate creeping past 3-5% is the harder signal, that's when I actually pull it and swap. What's your rotation cadence looking like, are you replacing on a fixed schedule or purely reactive based on the metrics dripping in?
