I'm currently using AI for structuring client diagnostics and building repeatable delivery systems across my consulting work, and right now I'm at the building structured systems stage. One thing that caught my attention from this lesson is creating handover documents in my own voice that walk through the workflow using animations, because handover is usually where consulting work quietly falls apart. Clients and teams forget the reasoning behind a system within weeks, and a static document rarely captures how something actually flows. Something that shows the workflow moving, in language that sounds like me rather than a generic manual, means the handover actually gets used instead of filed away. I'm excited to learn how to build these animated handovers properly and see how structured approaches to AI can help me reduce the amount of hand-holding I do after a project ends, so clients can run what I've built without needing me in the room.
