The Power of a well developed Business Plan
One of the easiest items overlooked by a business owner or entrepreneur is the power of a well developed business plan. Not only does it set clear business goals, but if you take it seriously enough and hold yourself accountable to achieve the goals you set you will elevate your business and team to another level. But make sure you set tough but achievable goals that will positively impact the business

@Pelli Creative the leadership is key! It can sink the ship or lead it to the promise land, but most places don’t have strong leadership. They might have good management and/or personnel but the leadership part is not an easy role to fill. The accountability, operating procedures, sales growth, etc, will follow with good leadership
Accountability
Holding yourself accountable for the success of the business is harder than holding your staff accountable in their roles. A simple 5 minute break to doom scroll on social media, or putting off completing a task because you think you can hammer it out anytime, or even scrolling online to pick the meal you are having for lunch, all these things continue to bottleneck your day without even realizing it. Your business might be successful but it could be so much more when you are completely focused. You can get 12 hours of work done in 6-8 hours and still have time to do something you might have normally done the next day. That’s how you stack the wins and compound them to higher levels everyday. You are the first step in reaching the next level professionally and personally.
