How to effectively use an AI agent to improve social media exposure for my business?
I have a part-time business in Financial Services as an Insurance Associate with my firm that I represent. I have been using AI to help me produce written content for my LinkedIn page to general interest for people to contact me and to book 1-1 conversations to build trust and rapport with potential clients. Doing this manually and communicating manually with client prospects among my thousands of follower contacts has taken a big amount of time within my part-time business. As well as only having 1-1 conversations with no real structure or results. I have been sharing with people my story about my career journey, competencies and knowledge to impress them and then ask them for a follow-up business meeting to close on the sale and business proposition. I have had some problems with closing effectively on the sale with prospective clients as well as selling the ideal of the business to build a team of agents to work with me on the business. How can AI help me streamline my approach and produce engaging content to produce more interest from prospective clients and business interested individuals that would want to join the business with me. I would like to use AI to help contact potential leads and schedule them in my calendar within available times during the week and weekends. I would also like for AI to sound just like me but be better then me as well to generate better closing sale results and recruitment numbers for my part-time business. Can AI go through my list of LinkedIn contacts and scan through my past conversations to see where I have done good and where I have to improve upon my approach to closing business and sales with prospective clients. Can I share with the AI the business structure of the firm that I work with and can it help generate more leads from my contacts, schedule appointments and recommend how to effectively communicate in person to recruit or sell financial services to my clients. I have been focusing on career coaching and mentorship as well as professional development conversations to initiate the conversation and asking questions of interest about the contacts current employment and asking where they might be interested for more growth, flexibility and opportunity for added income and business ownership opportunities working within the Financial Services Industry with the Firm that I work with to recruit more prospective agents to encourage them to go through the licensing process and refer some more prospective clients from their direct trusted contacts. What suggestions can you make how AI can enhance my business platform and recruitment as well as sales results at closing more business?

I think what would help you the most structuring an interview with your AI and telling it all of your pain points. Make sure that you’re using a high reasoning model and deep thinking so GPT 5.5 or Opus 4.7 and have your prompt structured in such a way that it can zero in on where you’re needing the most help first It seems like you’ve got a lot on your mind about how you want it to help which is where the interview process really helps narrow it down. The one important thing is to make sure that you have created some sort of master prompt that saved in your settings or personalization, and one of those specific rules that I have set in mine is for to not go off on a tangent like they usually do and give me clear reasoning answers for short and concise answers making sure that it’s asking me more questions to help solve my problems. I’ve used the interview process a lot when it comes to building my preferred master prompt and now that I have it set I’m now leveraging getting the responses that can create deeper, thinking within myself. Make sure you’re just doing one problem at a time. that’s also a rule that I have in place in my master prompt to keep me on one task at a time, and bring me back if I go off on a tangent and start thinking about all these other things. it’s trained to stop me and ask what is it that I’m needing to prioritize. I have Claude connected to my Google Drive so when I am having deeper thoughts or ideas about something I want to create or it’s giving me answers, I will have it create a Google doc and save it in a specific folder so then I know that I am not just searching through my chat and I have a specific spot to go back to in reference. Google Docs work for me the best but you can of course use other tools like Microsoft OneNote or Notion, etc. I’m a big advocate of dictation and I bounced between the microphone and Wispr Flow just to help the thought processes move smoother AI does have the answers on where it can help you best. You just have to utilize the proper tools and it will give you the answer then help you execute.
Master Prompts or No Master Prompts
Feels like the difference between people getting real leverage out of AI and people just chatting with it. Curious where everyone lands.

I like seeing where everyone is at, I’ve been working on perfecting the responses on the prompt I have saved in my settings and keep all versions saved locally so I transfer between models seamlessly.

I’m not an expert, but I suggest creating a master prompt by having AI interview you one question at a time to personalize it. This way, it can learn your preferences, desired responses, and how to work with you. You can tweak it when it doesn’t meet your expectations or if it responds too quickly or creates unwanted documents. I use various AI tools, and whenever I edit my master prompt, I save the version with the AI tool used. When switching tools, I simply copy and paste the prompt into the personalization settings, ensuring it remembers me as if I’ve been using that tool the whole time. I suggest going on YouTube and watching some videos on creating master prompts as it prevents lots of frustration
