Oh and are the print files just for reference? Because the sizes i use are fine for print files just not listing Anyone help?

I am confused with the listing options because I have uploaded images created in canva to A2 size and they upload perfectly. I have also used the bulk upload with no issues everything comes up ticked. However if i use the same file for individual or bulk listing, the image is rejected saying its not A size. Why is that? Also if i recreate the image in canva and save as a Jpeg, then go back and upload it its fine but generates another print file.
