Morning guys! So, Iβve been feeling extremely fatigued this week (almost feeling like out of body and dream like) and am already on a taper week with Hyrox next week. A) do people reduce intensity when feeling this way, B) does anyone have a way of combatting guilt for listening to their body? My worry is as Iβm on a taper already, the intensity has already reduced and calories are still as they were before
