What I'm doing differently in 2025
I've spoken to a lot of coaches and consultants in the last few weeks. A majority of them said to me: 2024 was one of the hardest years they've had in a while For me personally, I kind of agree. It was hard because the things that used to work no longer did. It was hard because trust is at an all time low. The "kids" who were coaching everyone from 2019-2023, making $10-$50k/mo. really screwed the market. We can complain, or bash these guys... or we can accept it and just do things differently in 2025. Which is what I'm going to be doing... and here's what that will look like: Firstly, I'm going to lower the barrier to entry to work with me. In 2023 the "cheapest" option to work with me was $8k and that was a group program. This year, the "cheapest" option to work with me will be $2k, with payment options... yes seriously. This is due to the "Trust recession". The $8k for a front end offer no longer works, so allowing people to "try me out". Will do nothing but benefit me. As the downside for them is very low. BUT that means my focus will be on retention. So it's a win-win for anyone in my world. Lower cost, and I'm incentivized to deliver. Secondly, shorter and longer time commitments to work with me. So to increase retention, I need offers that naturally progress. My plan is to have 3 stages of my offer. In 2024 I was building stage 1 and 2, but technically they were stage 2 and 3. So I brought in stage 1 this year... which I dropped yesterday, called Client Accelerator. So my "offers" look like this: 1. Client Accelerator (8 weeks) - Add 5-10 Clients to your biz ASAP 2. Inner Sanctum (16 weeks) - Build the model and systems to enroll clients consistently 3. The Partnership (6 months) - 1:1 support to scale As you can see if someone follows the natural progression of my offers, they are will me for almost a full year. I want to play long term games with long term people. And this is the best path to do so. Finally... well there's a lot more, but finally for this email.
