Engagement in my membership has been on fire! I want to share with anyone here who has a membership community on what is working well to get all of my members logging into Skool daily to engage in the community. This year I decided to host a challenge each month for our members. January's theme is our "31 Day Content Stretch". We got 85% of our members to commit to posting 1 written post per day to a social media platform of their choice. The Rules: 1. Post a written post every day on one social media platform 2. Each day the must go back to the pinned post and comment Day # Complete: (Insert post URL) 3. My assistant tracks their completed posts in Airtable 4. Prize: Anyone who finishes all 31 days gets a personalized content audit from me 5. Consequence: Each day they miss, I invite them to donate $5 to our House Build Charity that I will match all donations at the end of the month. People are leveling up the leaderboard faster than ever, logging in daily, contributing to the community, going through the course curriculum, and call attendance was a record breaker this week. I plan on hosting a monthly challenge each month of the year to continue this trend. Hope this supports you with some ideas for your own communities. Feel free to drop any questions you have! ๐Ÿ‘‡

@Natarcia Codner @Marlena Parks this is cool for community engagement.
Instant Group Chat
One of the big features I feel which would greatly benefit community engagement is the addition of an instant group chat. I know people can 1-1 message, but a group chat would bring a lot in terms of a sense of community and immediate feedback would be beneficial. Thanks!

hey @Sid Sahasrabuddhe -- where are we with this? Right now clients are getting messages from me or my team, and keeping up with everything is confusing for the clients and us when they need support.
Course Drip For Payment Plans
I have a PIF or Payment plan option over 5 Months. I'll drip my 5 modules to release each Month, this seems straightforward. But, if someone PIF I want them to have immediate access to everything -- how can I do this?

Yes
Improve UX of Email Invitation With Course Access Privileges
Right now when you use Zapier (probably any method) to invite someone to join your community with custom course access privileges, the email places heavy emphasis on the custom courses they get access to. The email doesn't mention any of the standard or core courses at all. So in the case of someone fresh joining your community, the email doesn't have the most ideal UX. A newbie member doesn't need to see all those details I don't think, just that they are invited to join the community. I'd prefer the old email that looked like it was coming from myself personally and was a more generic invite that didn't list out the courses. @Sid Sahasrabuddhe what do you think?

hey @Sid Sahasrabuddhe & @Alex Siegel -- working on the same thing, making all courses available to everyone so I automatically give access with the invite link. Problem: I have a MRR model, when payments fail I keep them in the group but remove access to the course until they update payment info. 1: if I make courses available to all, will everyone get access to the course upon joining? 2: Will I be able to remove course access to some members if they are still in the group for failed payment? 3: Is there a better way for me to do this?
