Something very exciting happened over the weekend. ALF Launch Hired our first full time licensing specialist. In addition to our team who helps with program designs in the background, Maria will be assisting with all things such as setting up all of your NPIs, CAQH, Medicaid Forms, Licensing forms, State Corrections, Liaison between the different licensing and vendorization agencies. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we are creating a project management workflow so that each one of you has explicit insight into what the state requirements are for your state, what information we need from you, what has already been completed, giving us all much more of a streamlined process to increase velocity from onboarding to licensing submission. I'll introduce you to the workflow next Tuesday. In the meantime, here is the order of applications that are being turned around THIS WEEK in order. @Shamiso Willis - Community Based Day Program (Tennessee) Ahmon & Mohammed - Community Based Day Program (Tennessee) @Nate Aragon - Adult Residential Facility (California) @Susan Spencer - Supported Living Agency (Maryland) @Jada Redman - Supported Living Agency (Georgia) Next Week (Please attend this weeks calls so we can ensure we have what we need) @Adonis Galanida - Adult Residential Facility (California) @Rene Ebule - Community Based Day Program (Oregon) @Margaret Waithaka - Supported Living Agency (California) @Gale Zilko - Supported Living Agency (Maryland) I am very excited for you all. There will be a certain point in each of your businesses where it's time to make the INVESTMENT into your team so that you can grow and assist more people. For ALF Launch, that time is now. This is a very specialized and technical role, and I will be working with Maria daily for the next month to transfer all the knowledge that i've gained over the past year.
