Interested in AI for Business?
I had an interesting question today from a new member, @Lauren Morris about AI. I have been delving into AI for a few years and I'm definitely interested in learning more about it too. My best recommendations if you're looking for Skool groups on AI are: https://www.skool.com/ai-automation-society-plus/about with Nate Herk who has won the Skool Games in the Tech category 3 times in a row and is making over $200,000 each month. https://www.skool.com/top1percent/about Albert Shiney's group might be a better place to start if you're brand new as it includes free access to a lot of the paid cool tools you can use. I haven't joined either group - so I'm interested to hear from others if they have or if they have different recommendations?? I have joined one group that is specifically for ghostwriters and it includes a lot of free AI resources - especially specific prompts that are really useful. here's my link for them https://www.skool.com/ghostwriters-anonymous/about?ref=9872a2d3a5dc4e429f2ba983e2beede9

I recommend you join Ghostwriters Anonymous Skool Community because Cole shares fancy prompts and business strategies all the time. That community was free when I joined and may still be. (One community I'm in recently switched to paid, but grandfathered in existing members. But I can't remember which one it was. I don't think it was that one.) Also join to observe his engagement strategies to use in your own communities.
Anyone heard of Benable?
A creator in another community just recommended the Benable app to earn money online. I've signed up to do the experiment and will let you know what happens. I'd never heard of it ... has anyone else got any experience with it? If you don't want to wait for my results, you can use my invite link to check it out for yourself: https://benable.com/i/3688Q

@Stephanie Kara Yes. These are very small as affiliate commissions go. If you just love organizing what you like it can be a fun hobby. But if you want to make real money, it would take a lot of sharing there and driving traffic to what you share. Now, my experience may be different because I don't buy corporate brands or shop at corporate stores. So my audience there is most likely smaller than someone more similar to the average users would have. Depending on what your "main thing" is, there could be opportunities for affiliate income related to it. For example, I do have one blog post that has made me $2,936.89 USD, drove 306 signups and sold $20,861.82 USD for the brand. But that is over years. Periodically, I update that post so it starts ranking again. It made $5 this month. Some months is does much better. It needs updating.

The best affiliate programs to promote are those with recurring commissions or at least one-time large commissions. But of course there is a lot more competition on those from other affiliates.
A Question... New to the Platform.
Sorry if this seems obvious, but to make your first $ in Skool, you need to be a monthly paid member. Is that correct? I'm still looking around and liking the platform - is it similar in purpose to platforms like "Koffee' and 'Patreon'?

@Lisa Vanderveen I agree it made no sense which is why I asked twice. I'm glad it sounds like the person telling me that was wrong and you DO get the commission.

@Stephanie Kara Well, others are saying they did get commissions for using that link. It is logical to think you would which is why I was so surprised when I was told we wouldn't.
Bad Advice
Give me some BAD advice about making money online. Bonus points if it makes me laugh :-)

@Shaz Jones Anyone can start their own mastermind group. Find 3-5+ members willing to meet weekly and take action on collective goals. Kelly and Crystal recruited three other mom bloggers to start the group. We met on Skype back then. They are the reason it worked because they kept the others moving forward. But it was helpful that I was able to give them some direction regarding SEO, benchmarking and measuring results, etc.

@Stephanie Kara Well, FB groups aren't as effective now as they used to be. Skool is far superior because here everyone in your group can see EVERYTHING you share. On Facebook they have to remember to look you up and then scroll and scroll and hope they didn't miss something important.
When I made my first million dollars online
My mum asked me two questions: 1. What are you buying your mother for Christmas? 2. How much did you keep? I hadn't thought of either of those questions ... and I certainly didn't think of keeping my money as fat cells ;-) They changed how I thought about my next sale, and every sale since. I now keep part of every dollar that comes in. What questions have caused you to question your way forward, or at least have a laugh?

If you've already made your first million online, you should definitely point people to where they can learn about how you did that. (Maybe you think we all know and I missed it?)
