What's the best time to train?
We’re already on Day 2! When do you usually fit your session in? morning or evening? Do you plan to the same time each day, or is it going to change every day?

For me change every day. Today I did it at 8 pm. Tomorrow I’m going to do it at 6 am. So I prefer to stay 1 day behind your program
