I am Gabriel maier. I am from Brazil. I joined because i recently moved and wanted to learn news recipes. My level is that of a complete beginner, some days of cooking alone. I cook just for myself, and sometimes for a family of 5 when they are guests. Minced meat, because is so versatile as a canvas and is very good when you make it right. My favorite dessert is ice cream, because some variations are somewhat healthy, so i can eat 1 liter or 2 liter whole in a day without that much of a concern. My first time cooking minced meat, the recipe i take i had to adapt to my portion i was making and that wasn't working so i had to improvise and pour some things at taste. It come out great, aside from being a little too salty. My biggest failed on the kitchen was that one time where i tried to make pasta but just put salt and tomato sauce, without any other seasoning. So i was basically eating cooked dough with salted tomatoes in it. I want to learn how to season properly and make all this details, because i am already good at making the stuff or improvising. My average meal everyday: A full plate of pasta (half eaten in the image) and just a handful of beef. I hope the gym gods accept my offering. I really need to improve my diet.
