Currently I am doing a lot of stuff at the same time regarding sales, these days I noticed that I can't push myself do work (even watching some learning videos feels hard), and I was already thinking of lack of discipline even though the tasks I have aren't even that hard. Is this a sign of procrastination or burn out? How do I know whether it's a burnout or just lack of discipline...? Is taking some rest days the solution for burn outs?
SDR Tips For A Better Call
It took me over 5,000 cold calls before I figured out what process worked best for me on a cold call... it didn't have anything to do with the challenger sale or better objection handling (although that helps). It came down to me getting comfortable on the phone and having what I call the "best friend" conversation. What's that? Whenever I call a prospect, I act excited to speak to them, and honestly, at this point, I really am excited to speak with them... I ask how they are, or about their day, I listen and sometimes have conversations not even related to business (just today I was talking to someone about where they like to travel). Everyone gets cold calls, and nobody likes them, but what people do like and appreciate is having a genuine conversation with someone, so that's what I give them. Show a genuine interest, don't pitch slap, and sales gets easier from there. BONUS: If you're nice and there to have a real conversation, you rarely have someone who cusses you out or is rude, makes the entire process easier! Comment below if you struggled with finding your groove when you started dialing too!

Does it really make sense to keep the phone line busy just to talk about his day?? Aren't they to busy for that?
