Day 2 - Surrender - Holy Thursday
Holy Thursday The day of surrender There comes a moment when the soul realizes that control cannot create peace. Today is about release. Not because you do not care. But because you care deeply, and you are learning that some things must be placed in God's hands. There are prayers you cannot force open. There are outcomes you cannot engineer. There are wounds you cannot heal by overthinking them. There are people you cannot change by carrying them. Reflection Ask yourself: What am I trying to hold together by force? What am I afraid will happen if I truly let God hold this? What have I mistaken as my responsibility when it was only my burden? Practice Write a short letter to God beginning with: God, I have been carrying... (Let the words come honestly. Do not edit them. Do not make them polished. When you are done, sit quietly and say: I give You what I cannot keep carrying like this. Meet me in my fear. Meet me in my surrender. https://youtu.be/KlEbruo-Wqg?si=kMIb_-HwhhkQ8hbB Recording

Monday Check-In: Come Back to Yourself this week!
Take a moment and check in—not with your responsibilities, but with you. Pattern for this week, pause and reflect: - What have I been feeling most this week? - Where did I honor myself? - Where did I override myself? - What is my body asking for right now? No judgment. Just awareness. Remember… awareness is the shift. Drop one word below that describes your current state 💬 🌊 Group Activity: “Observe, Don’t Absorb” Practice Title:🧠 This Week’s Practice: Observe, Don’t Absorb Instructions: For the next 3 days, we are practicing energetic awareness in real time. When something triggers you: 1. Pause (3 seconds) 2. Take one slow breath 3. Ask yourself: Is this mine… or am I absorbing it? 4. Respond only if necessary—not automatically ✨ Action: (journal or comment): - What did I notice? - What changed when I paused? 👉 Comment “AWARE” if you’re practicing this with us this week

Wednesday Prayer and Reflection
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10 🌿 Reflection There is something sacred about the morning. Before the noise. Before the responsibilities. Before the world begins to ask anything of us. Morning is an invitation. An invitation to return… to stillness. This scripture is not just a suggestion—it is a reminder. A reminder that in a world that constantly pulls us into motion, God calls us first into stillness. Not because nothing needs to be done, but because everything flows better from a place of being centered. “Be still” does not mean doing nothing. It means releasing control. It means quieting the inner rush. It means trusting that God is already ahead of you in this day. Sometimes we wake up carrying yesterday. Sometimes we wake up already worried about tomorrow. But this moment—this morning—is asking you to come back to now. To breathe. To trust. To remember that you are not walking into this day alone. God is not only with you… God is already within the day, making a way, aligning what you cannot see, and holding what you cannot carry. So before you move forward today… Be still. 🌿 Prayer Heavenly Father, Thank You for the gift of this new morning. Thank You for waking us up with breath in our bodies and another opportunity to begin again. Today, we choose stillness. We lay down every worry, every burden, and every unanswered question at Your feet. We release the need to control outcomes, and we rest in the knowing that You are God. Quiet our minds, Lord. Calm every anxious thought. Settle every restless place within us. Help us to trust You more deeply today. Even in the unknown. Even in the waiting. Even in the moments that don’t go as planned. Guide our steps. Order our words. Align our hearts with Your peace. Let everything we do today flow from a place of stillness, confidence, and trust in You. Remind us throughout this day that we are covered, we are guided, and we are never alone.

SSA Message: Release What You Cannot Control
There comes a moment in your life and your growth when the greatest peace you will ever experience comes from one simple decision: to release what you cannot control. Not because you are weak. Not because you are giving up. But because you are finally wise enough to understand what belongs to you and what never did. Most suffering does not come from what is happening. It comes from trying to manage what was never yours to hold: • other people’s choices • other people’s timelines • other people’s emotions • outcomes you cannot predict • situations already unfolding And the truth is: control is often just fear wearing a mask. At SSA, we practice something deeper than control. We practice trust, regulation, and release. Release does not mean you stop caring. Release means you stop gripping. Release means: • You still show up with love • You still move with intention • But you stop forcing what refuses to flow Because what is meant for you does not require tension to arrive. 🌿 What You Can Control Bring your energy back to what is yours: • your breath • your nervous system • your response • your boundaries • your focus • your presence This is where your power lives. 🌿 A Simple SSA Practice (Today) Pause for a moment. Take one slow breath in through your nose. Exhale gently through your mouth. Ask yourself quietly: “What am I holding right now that is not mine?” Name it. Feel it. Then softly say: “I release this.” Do not force the feeling to leave. Just loosen your grip. 🌿 Remember This You are not here to control life. You are here to experience it consciously. When you release what you cannot control, you make space for clarity, ease, alignment, and unexpected support. And often, what returns to you after release feels lighter, clearer, and more true than before.
