Hey guys, talking about shoulders, I'm a pt and have a client with pain in her left deltoid muscle, it doesnt hurt when she is overhead squatting but when getting the weight up and down she gets a sharp pain. Just trying to learn how to help with pain etc. Would anyone have any tips on how to help. The lower back video was a great help for myself! Haha thank you 😊

@Ashley Grossmann Thanks Ashley! I'll give the shoulder overhead video a watch. It's not when she is strict pressing. It is worse when releasing the bar back to back rack or when moving arm back and right diagonaly. I'll do some research!
