Hard Inquiry removal on open accounts
Wanted to know if anyone has any suggestions on the best way to remove hard inquiries on open personal accounts. I watched most of the classroom videos and YouTube video and heard that itโ€™s not recommended to do it on open accounts but I have seen people on here saying they managed to remove hard inquires on open accounts without it getting shut down.

Chase ink biz and plastiq
Hey guys, I recently watched this YouTube video https://youtu.be/BDwcA26TyBM?si=Oyj1YaJF5y3KvWKt. She explains that if you use a Chase biz credit card with Plastiq your 0% Apr will not apply and you will be charged with the normal interest rate. Has anyone found a way around this?

@Tobi Rosario so pretty much base on the real estate classroom videos Iโ€™ve watched. You have the option to liquidate biz credit card through MS and letting it season on your account for 60-90 days or use Plastiq or Melio as long as itโ€™s a vaild invoice.

Stated income
Anyone got any good reasonable stated income number they used for real estate (property management). I had set up my account with chase and they asked me for stated income and told them 40k not sure if that was too low.

What happens after the 0%Apr period
Hello just want to see if any real estate investor on here can tell me what happens once your 0%Apr period ends. How do you continue to buy property once the 0% interest is up? My goal at this point is to use business credit cards to BRRRR properties but would like to know what you guy do when your cards 0% interest period is up. Thank you

@Paul Graves yea sorry idk if my question wasn't clear. So letโ€™s say I have 10 business credit cards $150k total and the 0%Apr period is over. I want to continue to buy properties using business credit cards but not to purchase them with the current 10 business cards that will have 10-24% interest rates. What do you do in this situation? Are you able to apply for another 10 business credit cards and hope it will be the same amount you got from the previous 10 cards

Equifax Inquiry Update! #Win
Doing a happy dance after getting off the phone with Equifax...FINALLY! They removed the 3 inquiries for the car dealership! ๐Ÿฅณ I did the FTC report through Identity Theft, and a CFPB complaint after 2 unsuccessful calls and 2 rounds of online deputes. TU complied (removed) immediately with a call, Experian fell in line with the CFPB complaint; but Equifax took an additional follow up call today 30 days after my CFPB filing. Every bureau is different and you must act accordingly and never give up when you know you're right! It's your credit, be it's best advocate. Today is a really good day, "All" reports exactly how they should be, only new open accounts reporting! ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿฝ๐ŸŽ‰
