If you know me, you know I'm Hydro ALL DAY! For indoor controlled growth environments, you really can't beat it in my opinion. Constant nutrient availability means more efficient transpiration, respiration and therefore accelerated photosynthetic activity = 2x the growth and healthier plants overall. What do you prefer? I would love to hear about your experience growing in whatever median you like the most.
